Execute end-to-end design efforts across all our platforms, from conception with stakeholders to final implementation with PMs and Developers

Perform user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and utilize these findings to create engaging designs

Establish and uphold design standards, including style guides and design patterns, to ensure consistent visual language across ventures
